It's a Modrinth .mrpack file. Don't unzip it. Don't open it in Minecraft. Don't eat it. Feed it to Prism Launcher below.

🧠 HOW TO INSTALL (PRISM LAUNCHER)

  1. Get Prism Launcher

    Grab it from prismlauncher.org. Windows, Mac, Linux, whatever. Install it, open it.

  2. Log in with your Microsoft account

    Top-right Accounts → Manage Accounts → Add Microsoft. You need to own Minecraft Java. Yes, actually own it. This is a sigma server not a pirate server.

  3. Download the .mrpack above

    Hit the big green button. Remember where it saved (probably Downloads, be honest).

  4. Add Instance → Import

    In Prism, click Add Instance (top-left). Pick Import in the left sidebar. Click Browse and select the .mrpack file, or drag the file straight onto the Prism window. Click OK.

  5. Let it cook 🍳

    Prism downloads all the mods and the mod loader automatically. If it asks about Java, click Download Java / auto-detect. Takes a minute or two depending on how Ohio your wifi is.

  6. Give it RAM (optional but recommended)

    Right-click the new instance → Edit → Settings → tick Memory → set Maximum to around 4096 MiB (or 6144 if your PC is built different).

  7. Launch and join

    Double-click the instance. Once Minecraft loads: Multiplayer → Add Server → paste jacktjordan.online → Done → double-click it. Welcome to the grind. 🗿

"It says I'm missing mods / incompatible"

You're on an old version of the pack. Re-download the .mrpack above and import it again as a new instance (or right-click the instance → Edit → Mods to check what's there). Delete the old one.

"Prism says it can't find Java"

Right-click instance → Edit → Settings → Java → Auto-detect or Download Java. Modern Minecraft wants Java 21. Prism can fetch it for you.

"Can I use the regular launcher / CurseForge / MultiMC?"

Any launcher that imports Modrinth .mrpack files works (Modrinth App, ATLauncher, MultiMC). The official Mojang launcher can't import packs, so no. Prism is the one we support because it's free, fast and the install is literally 4 clicks.

"Is this a virus"

No. It's a zip with a list of mod download links inside. Prism pulls every mod from Modrinth's servers. You can open the .mrpack with any zip tool and read modrinth.index.json if you're paranoid, which is based.
